We are equipped to receive your orders by telephone, by mail, by fax, by e-mail, or in person and ship world-wide.

If ordering by fax, e-mail, or mail please provide telephone # and area code, complete address, method of payment, and a complete vehicle identification including serial #, body #, paint # & trim #.

Please use catalogue numbers whenever possible to avoid confusion.

Special Orders

A 50% non-refundable deposit required on all special order items.  All sales are final on non-stocking and special order items.

bullet

Orders for reproduction upholstery, carpet, body panels, and electrical items must be prepaid.  There are no returns or refunds on these items.

Oversize items may be subject to additional shipping costs.

Price Quotes

Price quotations are valid for 30 days only.

Every effort will be made to maintain current published prices, but all prices are subject to change without notice.

Back Orders

We will notify you if an item is on backorder and will ship it as soon as it is available from our supplier.  All backorder items will automatically be shipped unless cancelled prior to shipment.

CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD, CERTIFIED CHEQUE, MONEY ORDER,  BANK DRAFT or COD.

We accept your personal cheque but it will be held 10 days For Clearance.

Freight Damage

Please check all parts immediately upon receipt.

All claims for damage due to shipping must be made immediately directly to the transportation company.

We recommend that all parcels be insured as we not responsible for loss or damage to items once they have been shipped.

Refunds & Exchanges

The original invoice is required for all returns or exchanges.

bullet

All new parts must be returned in their original, un-opened packagingNO EXCEPTIONS.

bullet

We guarantee all new items (except as noted) against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from date of purchase.

bullet

After 30 days all returns are subject to a 20% restocking and handling fee.

bullet

Absolutely NO returns will be accepted after 60 days.

bullet

Any part that has failed due to misuse, neglect or improper installation practices or that have been installed, altered, painted, cut or modified in any way, will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.

If you need to return a part due to a defect in material or workmanship, please call before shipping the part to us. We will discuss the problem and issue a RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RGA#). THE RGA # MUST APPEAR ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE AND ON ALL DOCUMENTS.  Returns not bearing the RGA# will not be accepted.

All returns must be shipped with the freight prepaid, properly packed, and insured for the full value of the part.  We do not accept collect shipments.

REPRODUCTION PARTS

No returns on special order or non-stocking items, electrical parts, carburetor kits, upholstery, glass, large sheet metal items such as, but not limited to, full quarter panels, doors and fenders.

USED PARTS - NO REFUNDS

All used parts come with a 30 day exchange only policy, from date of purchase. The RGA# policy and shipping policy for reproduction parts applies to used parts as well.

LIABILITY

Liability of Classic Bowtie Connection is limited to the replacement of defective parts only. We shall not be responsible or liable for personal or mechanical loss, injury or damage directly or indirectly arising out of the use or misuse of any part or item.  Purchaser and user assumes all risk and liability with respect to all parts and products sold.

ALWAYS REFER TO THE SHOP MANUAL FOR PROPER INSTALLATION PROCEDURES AND/OR SEEK THE ASSISTANCE OF A PROFESSIONAL MECHANIC.
